Large orders may come in multi-piece shipments depending on the weight and products contained. We do this to protect the integrity of the order and the contents inside!

If you order Fresh goods ( cheese platter, Fresh Bakery Cake & Sweets, ) in addition to either a customized order or flowers, Plants you will receive a separate shipment for each. orders ship separately from separate warehouses.

If you haven't received all parts of your order, please note that certain products may be shipped from different warehouses. Our non-perishable products, fresh goods, and personalized items are all dispatched separately from various locations. Consequently, you may receive segments of your order at different times within a few hours.

Moreover, larger orders might be packed in multiple boxes. While they are dispatched from our fulfillment center on the same day, occasionally, one or more boxes may experience delays in the shipping process. Rest assured, the remaining items are en route and should be delivered to you within the next few hours.

Currently, we do not facilitate international shipping or distribution. Our shipping services are exclusively available for addresses within the contiguous United Arab Emirates, utilizing ground shipping methods.

We strive to expedite your order processing, sending all orders directly to our fulfillment centers upon placement. Unfortunately, this process renders us unable to modify contents or shipping addresses post-order placement.

Items must be returned within 3 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this time frame may be denied.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with labels and swing tags still attached, and in their original packaging.
